The above Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 have been reviewed & recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 13th August, 2024. 2. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out Limited Review of the above Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and have issued a Limited Review Report thereon. 3. The above financial results have been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 (Ind AS) prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other recognised accounting practices & policies to the extent applicable and discloses the information required to be disclosed in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (as amended). 4. At standalone level, the Company is engaged in business of 'Textile' and has only one reportable segment in accordance with Ind AS 108 'Operating Segments' therefore segment reporting as defined in Ind AS 108 is not applicable at Standalone Financial Results for the Company. For Consolidated Financial Results, refer the Statement of Consolidated Segment Revenue, Results, Segment Assets And Liabilities. 5. The figures for the corresponding previous periods have been restated/regrouped wherever necessary, to make them comparable. 6. The financial results for the last quarter ended 31st March, 2024 are the balancing figure between the audited figures in respect of the full Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2024 and the published year to date figures up to the third quarter of the previous financial year (FY 2023-24) i.e. 31st December, 2023, which were subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors. 7.
