inform you that the Company has identified certain alleged fraudulent and unauthorised acts &lt;BR&gt; 
involving Mr. Vishnu Prasad Muddana, former authorised representative in relation to a &lt;BR&gt; 
proposed property transaction concerning the Company's land situated at Rishra Village, Serampore, District Hooghly, West Bengal. Mr. Vishnu Prasad Muddana was serving as Chief Financial Officer of Oswal Agro Mills Limited, a Group Company, who held office from January 28, 2025 to July 07, 2025. &lt;BR&gt; 
 &lt;BR&gt; 
 &lt;BR&gt; 
Subsequent to his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer of Oswal Agro Mills &lt;BR&gt; 
Limited with effect from July 07, 2025, all authorities granted to him stood withdrawn. However, &lt;BR&gt; 
the Company has observed alleged acts of collusion, misrepresentation and unauthorised &lt;BR&gt; 
interference with the aforesaid property despite lawful termination of the Agreement of &lt;BR&gt; 
Conveyance executed with RSV Construction Private Limited. &lt;BR&gt; 
The Company has issued a legal notice in this regard and has initiated appropriate legal &lt;BR&gt;
