This is to inform that in terms of Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives’ (‘Code of Conduct-PIT’), the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, other Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the Quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
