The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.

Further, it is informed that dealing in the shares of the Company is presently suspended on both the Stock Exchanges on account of certain pending compliances, outstanding dues pertaining to the CIRP/Liquidation period and other procedural formalities. The new management is in the process of taking over the affairs of the Company from the Liquidator and is taking necessary steps to regularise the pending compliances in accordance with the applicable laws and directions of the concerned authorities.

Further, the new management, Key Managerial Personnel and other Designated Persons presently do not hold any equity shares of the Company. Nevertheless, in the interest of good corporate governance and as a measure of abundant caution, this intimation regarding closure of the Trading Window is being submitted.
