the Company (“Code”) and the Circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 02-04-2019 issued by NSE Limited, we wish to inform that the ‘Trading Window” for dealing in securities of Tankup Engineers Limited (the "Company") shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Half Year ended September 30, 2026 for all Designated Persons, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from October 01, 2026.

The ‘Trading Window” shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2026 become generally available.
