The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results.
Accordingly, all Designated Persons including Directors, Promoters &amp; Promoter Group along with Persons Acting in Concert &amp; their respective immediate relatives and persons having contractual &amp; fiduciary relation with the Company including but not limited to Auditors, Accountancy Firm, Law Firms, Analysts, Consultants, etc. assisting or advising the Company, shall not involve in any transaction for dealing/trading in the Securities of the Company during the period when Trading Window is closed.
