Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons (The “Code”), the trading window shall remain closed for persons covered under the said Code from 1st October, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the 2nd quarter ending on 30th September, 2025. The date of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for declaration of financial results for the 2nd quarter ending on 30th September, 2025, will be intimated separately in due course.
