We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company (“Delaplex Limited”) the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01st April, 2025 for the purpose of consideration of audited financial results for the half year and financial year ended 31st March, 2025 until the expiry of 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results. The date of Board Meeting for considering the audited financial results for the half year and financial year ended 31st March, 2025 will be intimated separately.
