Mr. Vikas Thiruvalluru is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience spanning across P&L management, global operations, strategy, market expansion, and organizational transformation. He carries a proven track record of driving sustainable growth, building high performing teams, and strengthening market competitiveness across geographies. Mr. Vikas Thiruvalluru began his career in technology, working with Oracle in product development roles within Oracle Financials and the Flexcube platforms. He subsequently moved to Monitor Deloitte where he led projects for growth & strategy, operations and business transformation across multiple sectors. Thereafter, he joined Rexnord where he held multiple progressive roles including MD for Rexnord India and global commercial lead for high-performance coupling portfolio.
