A significant milestone in her career was becoming the first woman from India to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Syntel Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company. This achievement reflects her pioneering contribution to corporate leadership and her expertise in financial management and business strategy. She has served on the boards of several prominent companies across sectors, including Welspun, Quess, AstraZeneca, Manipal Hospital, Sansera, Shell-MRPL, Barbeque Nation, and L&T Construction Equipment.
