Prior to joining DCW Limited, he worked with Hoechst India Limited and Color-Chem Limited, gaining experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the chemical sector. He joined DCW Limited in 1990 as a Regional Sales Manager in the PVC Division and has since held several leadership positions, becoming instrumental in the company’s growth and diversification. He played a pivotal role in transforming DCW from a traditional commodity chemical manufacturer into a diversified specialty chemical company with a strong focus on value-added products, innovation, and sustainable growth. At DCW, he has contributed significantly to the development and expansion of businesses across PVC, CPVC, specialty polymers, and industrial chemicals. His expertise spans strategic planning, business development, manufacturing operations, technology development, regulatory affairs, and market expansion. He has also been an active champion of sustainability and circular-economy practices in the chemical industry. He works closely with industry bodies, policymakers, and stakeholders on matters relating to industrial policy, trade regulations, and other industry issues. Known for a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strategic vision, he continues to play a key role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation in chemical manufacturing.
