Ms. Sheth has been an Independent Director on our Board since May 2, 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (Honours) from LSR College, the University of Delhi She was part of the Senior Management Trainee cohort of the DCM Group, Batch of 1986-1988. She advises on strategy, mergers & acquisitions, sales/distribution, human resources, and international growth & expansion. She served as the Country Head of Human Resources at the Royal Bank of Scotland, India (RBS) from 2008 to 2017, where she led the HR function across all businesses and locations in India, managing a team of 230 HR professionals and supporting aworkforce of 15,000 employees. Prior to RBS, she was associated with Standard Chartered Bank for 12 years during a period of significant expansion and growth. Her last role there was Head of HR South Asia, where she supervised HR across the region, supported the growth of the Wholesale Bank, and gained valuable experience in strategy and change management, including key acquisitions such as Grindlays and American Express. Earlier in her career, she worked with Procter & Gamble in the Sales and Marketing division for six years. She is an accredited Gallup and ICF (USA) Coach.
