Additional Information: This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 29th July 2026, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have unanimously approved the appointment of Ms. Shubhlakshmi Dani (DIN: 02942138) as an Additional and Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect. Her appointment as a Non – Executive Director, liable to retire by rotation, shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The approval of the shareholders for the aforesaid appointment will be sought by Postal Ballot and requisite details will be communicated in due course. Clarification for term of appointment:As Ms. Shubhlakshmi Dani (DIN: 02942138) is appointed as an Additional and Non-Executive Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation, no fixed term has been prescribed for her appointment. Accordingly, since the field cannot be left blank, the term of appointment has been indicated as '0'. This approach has been adopted basis the communication with the stock exchanges in this regard.
