He shall continue to be designated as a Key Managerial Personnel and shall form part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company. He shall also continue to be authorised as one of the Key Managerial Personnel for the purpose of making disclosures of material events or information to the Stock Exchanges in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
