Raj Jain is currently the Managing Director of Clicktech Retail Private Limited, a premium Pro seller of electronics and merchandise on Indian e-commerce platforms. He is also the founder of Bounce Inc. (2020), a boutique consulting firm focused on India market entry, operational efficiency, and phygital transformation. Previously, he served as CEO of The Times of India Group, India’s largest media conglomerate. He also played a key role in leading Walmart’s entry into India in 2006 through a joint venture with Bharti Group, building its wholesale cash-and-carry, multi-format retail, and supply chain operations. Earlier in his career, he worked with Whirlpool Corporation, where he held leadership roles including MD & CEO of Whirlpool India and APAC Head for Marketing & Supply Chain, and was instrumental in launching the Whirlpool brand in India. He began his career at Hindustan Unilever, holding various roles in sales, marketing, and supply chain across India and the UK. Raj has also served in advisory and governance roles, including Chairperson of AMCHAM India, board member of ASCI, and advisory board member of HOPE Foundation. He holds an Engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. He is based in Delhi NCR and is associated with Sabhyata Foundation focused on heritage conservation.
