Mr. Vinod Kumar Aggarwal is an industry veteran with an experience of 45 years, out of which 43 years has been with Eicher Group. In his long and successful career with Eicher, spanning over four decades, Mr. Vinod Kumar Aggarwal has held several management positions including being the Chief Financial Officer of the Eicher Group from 2005-2009 and President of Eicher Trucks and Buses. After leading VE Commercial Vehicles Limited (“VECV”) (Company’s joint venture with AB Volvo) for over 16 years, initially as CEO and thereafter as CEO and Managing Director, Mr. Vinod Kumar Aggarwal was appointed as the Non Executive Chairman of VECV (as a nominee of Eicher Motors Limited) w.e.f 1st April 2026. Mr. Vinod Kumar Aggarwal is the Past President of both the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and the Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC). He is on the Board of the Company since 1st April 2019 as Non Executive Director. He was appointed as Non Executive Vice Chairman of the Company w.e.f 13th February 2025. Mr. Vinod Kumar Aggarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant and a commerce graduate from Punjab University.
