The Company loans were not eligible for restructuring under the extant guidelines and hence opted for settlement under the OTS Scheme in accordance with the Revised Operational Guidelines for Restructuring of SDF Loans under SDF Rule 26

Further to our letters dated 28th May 2019, 23rd July 2019, 1st October 2019, 7th May 2022, 20th May 2022, 13th August 2022, 3rd August 2023, 11th June 2024, and 27th September 2024 submitted to the Stock Exchanges, we provide an update regarding the default on the Ethanol loan of Rs 32.45 crore and the Co-generation loan of Rs 21.10 crore obtained from the SDF. The Company has paid Rs 58,55,72,683 as full and final settlement under the OTS Scheme vide Administrative Approvals dated 26th September 2024 from SDF. Receipt of the final tranche of the settlement has been confirmed by SDF via email dated 21st March 2025.
