This amount will be released 6 months after completion of your scope of work duly certified by our site in charge 4 Taxes i) GST-Shall be paid Extra as applicable ii) TDS-Will be deducted from your bill as applicable according to government regulations . iii) The contractor must remit GST in accordance with the applicable tax laws and file GSTR-1 by the due dates specified by the government. iv) Furthermore, the invoice details along with the payment of the GST amount must be reflected in our GSTR-2A at the end of the filing period. v) If this requirement is not complied with, the company reserves the right to take appropriate action, including recovery of the GST amount paid on the bills to date, as well as any other measures deemed necessary against the contractor. 5 Work Commencement date: 05-05-2026 6 Completion Time The Contractor shall complete the entire scope of works within 45 (forty‑five) days from the date of issuance of the Work Order or from the date of handing over of the site for execution, whichever is later.
