Our company & Nuravi are in consortium of joint bidding for the said award with rights, obligations & profit-sharing ratio of 49 % & 51% respectively. The award has been granted to the Company along with the lead bid member as the next eligible bidder in the process (H2) bidder. The aforesaid award is, however, subject to fulfilment of certain conditions precedent, including submission of the requisite Security Deposit and/or Performance Bank Guarantee by May 15, 2026.
