Closure of Trading Window pursuant to Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons for trading in Company’s Shares/Securities, the “Trading Window” shall remain closed from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
