The sum of ₹ 14,50,09,700 specified in the PAO is the 25% upfront amount received by the Company on allotment of convertible warrants to those allottees. That amount was forfeited by the Company because the relevant allottees did not pay the remaining 75% within the prescribed 18 month conversion period. The PAO provisionally attaches that forfeited amount (together with interest thereon, as stated in the PAO) in a bank account of the Company, for a period of 180 days. The attachment is confined to that amount.
