Demand of INR 3,63,915 towards alleged non-reversal of input tax credit related to supplier credit notes. 5. The Authority has dropped the proposed demand of INR 67,316 relating to alleged duplicate availment of ISD credit. 6. Interest has been directed to be recovered at applicable rates and a penalty of INR 35,18,008 has been imposed under Section 122(2)(a) read with Section 73(9) of the CGST Act, 2017.2022-23There is no material impact on the financials, operations or other routine business activities.
