The directive mandates the closure of Amines manufacturing operations at the Company’s plant located at Plot No. 1723, 1724 and 1746, Village Tundav, Tal. Salvi, Dist. Vadodara – 392 530, Gujarat, effective 15 days from the date of issuance of the letter, alongside other related directions.2026-07-21During an inspection conducted by GPCB on July 13, 2026 certain non-compliances of Water Act, Air Act and Consolidated Consents and Authorization (CCA) conditions were observed. Considering the above, the Company has been directed by GPCB to close manufacturing activity at Plot No. 1723, 1724 and 1746, Village Tundav, Tal. Salvi, Dist. Vadodara – 392 530, Gujarat with effect from the 15th day from the date of issuance of the closure directions.NAThe closure of operation will be effective from 15th day of issuance of the closure direction letters by GPCB so there is no impact on financial, operational or other activities of the Company as on date. Meanwhile, the Company is taking appropriate corrective measures to address the observations made by the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) and is in the process of submitting the requisite response to obtain revocation of the closure directions issued by GPCB. The Company will update the Stock exchanges of material development, if any, in the aforesaid matter in future.
