Bharuch, Gujarat, effective 15 days from the date of issuance of the letter, alongside other related directions.2026-07-18During an inspection conducted by GPCB on June 20, 2026, certain non-compliances of Water Act and Consolidated Consents and Authorization (CCA) conditions were observed. Considering the above, the Company has been directed by GPCB to close manufacturing activity at Plot No. DP-94 to DP-96, Saykha Industrial Estate, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat, with effect from the 15th day from the date of issuance of the closure directions. N.A.The closure of operation will be effective from 15th days of issuance of the closure direction letter by GPCB so there is no impact on financial, operational or other activities of the Company as on date. Meanwhile, the Company is taking appropriate corrective measures to address the observations made by the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) and is in the process of submitting the requisite response to obtain revocation of the closure directions issued by GPCB. The Company will update the Stock exchanges of material development, if any, in the aforesaid matter in future.
