The directive mandates the closure of Amines manufacturing operations at the Company’s plant located at Plot No. 1723, 1724 and 1746, Village Tundav, Tal. Salvi, Dist. Vadodara – 392 530, Gujarat, effective 15 days from the date of issuance of the letter, alongside other related directions.2026-08-11The Company had submitted applications and undertaken corrective and preventive measures pursuant to the Closure Directions issued by GPCB on July 21, 2026. Pursuant thereto, authorised officers of GPCB inspected the Company's plant on July 31, 2026, and observed various corrective measures undertaken by the Company. Based on the aforesaid compliance, GPCB has issued orders dated August 11, 2026, revoking the Closure Directions issued under the Water Act and Air Act for a period of three months, subject to specified conditions.The revocation of the Closure Directions is applicable for a period of three months from the date of the respective orders, subject to the conditions stipulated therein.The revocation of the Closure Directions enables the Company to undertake manufacturing operations at the said plant, subject to compliance with the conditions stipulated by GPCB. The Company does not envisage any material adverse financial impact arising from the revocation order, subject to continued compliance with the conditions prescribed by GPCB.No fresh aberrations or non-compliances have been identified in the Revocation Orders. The disclosure is consequent to the receipt of the Revocation Orders issued by GPCB in respect of the Closure Directions earlier issued for the Company’s manufacturing plant located at Plot No. 1723, 1724 and 1746, Village Tundav, Tal. Savli, Dist. Vadodara – 392530, Gujarat.The Closure Directions issued earlier by GPCB have been revoked for a period of three months, subject to compliance with the conditions stipulated in the revocation orders. The Company has submitted a bank guarantee of ₹5,00,000/- valid up to September 30, 2027, and has paid interim Environment Damage Compensation of ₹5,70,000/- to GPCB in respect of the Water Act Closure Direction.During an inspection conducted by GPCB on July 13, 2026 certain non-compliances of Water Act, Air Act and Consolidated Consents and Authorization (CCA) conditions were observed. Considering the above, the Company has been directed by GPCB to close manufacturing activity at Plot No. 1723, 1724 and 1746, Village Tundav, Tal. Salvi, Dist.
