Pursuant thereto, the Company submitted an application to the GPCB seeking revocation of the aforesaid closure directions. The GPCB has accepted the Company's application and has issued a revocation order, thereby revoking the closure directions. Along with the revocation order, the GPCB has levied an interim Environmental Damage Compensation (EDC) of Rs. 10,20,000/- under the "Polluter Pays" Principle, in accordance with the Central Pollution Control Board's (CPCB) Environment Compensation regime/guidelines, as an interim measure. 2026-07-31During an inspection conducted by GPCB on June 20, 2026, certain non-compliances of Water Act and Consolidated Consents and Authorization (CCA) conditions were observed. Pursuant thereto, the Company submitted an application to the GPCB seeking revocation of the aforesaid closure directions.
