Accordingly, they are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the closure of trading window. 
Further, if anyone deals in shares of the Company during this period will be penalized by the Company and SEBI.
The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026 will be informed in due course.
