The “Trading Window” for trading or dealing in the securities of the Company, in any manner, will remain closed for Directors, Promoters, Promoter Groups, Designated Persons, Specified Connected Persons along with their immediate relatives from July 01, 2026 end till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the First quarter ended on June 30, 2026.
