The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.

To consider, inter alia, the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026

In case, trading window end date is on trading holiday then trading window will remain closed till next succeeding day which is not a trading holiday.
