This is to inform you that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the trading by designated persons, read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window to deal with securities of Kalyani Commercials Limited (“the Company”) will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from July 01, 2026 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results to the public for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026 (both days inclusive).
