This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relative for Prohibition of Insider Trading”, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026.
