In accordance with the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the Company has confirmed the details with respect to the Designated Persons and has specified the Trading Window Closure Period to Central Depository Services (India) Limited (‘Designated Depository’) for freezing of the PAN of the Designated Persons for trading in the securities of the company during the trading window closure period, at security level.
