Sub.: Intimation of Board Meeting under Reg.29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. This is to inform and intimate that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Prajay Engineers Syndicate Limited (“The Company”) will be held on Wednesday, the 28th day of May, 2025, at 04:30 p.m. at the Registered Office situated at 1-10-63 & 64, 5th Floor, Prajay Corporate House, Chikoti Gardens, Begumpet, Hyderabad- 500016, Telangana, India, inter-alia to: 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31-03-2025 and Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account as on that date. This intimation is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, in accordance with Code of internal procedures and conduct of the Company for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), the trading window for dealing in securities of Company by the designated persons was closed from 01st April, 2025 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the financial results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31-03-2025 are declared to the Stock Exchange(s).
