We wish to inform you that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Kamdhenu Ventures Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 13th February, 2025, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Reports thereof for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024. Further, as informed earlier vide our letter no. KVL/SEC/2024-25/65 dated 26th December, 2024, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities by the Promoters, Promoters group, Directors, KMPs, Connected Person(s) and Designated Person(s) has already been closed w.e.f. 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024. The copy of this notice will also be available on the website of the Company www.kamdhenupaints.com and on the websites of Stock Exchanges i.e. www.nseindia.com and www.bseindia.com. |
