In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Mr Kumar Agrawal, Member of Promoter Group of the Company, informed that he acquired 1,50,000 Equity Shares of Godawari Power and Ispat Limited from Late Mrs Madhu Agrawal by way of transmission on 23.06.2026. Accordingly, his shareholding with the Company has been increased from 2,21,91,055 Equity Shares (3.30%) to 2,23,41,055 Equity Shares (3.32%) of Paid up capital of 67,30,97,430 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each) after the acquisition of shares by way of transmission.
