Mr. Sudeep Deb is a member of the Promoter Group of Addictive Learning Technology Limited (the "Company"). He sold 58000 shares on 29th June 2026 and further 21000 shares on 30th June 2026. Mr. Deb has not informed the Company about any of the details of his trades as required under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Company became aware of the trades on 7th July 2026, when the BENPOS was received from the Registrar and Transfer Agent.The Company is therefore making this submission keeping in mind the closing prices as on 29th June 2026 and 30th June 2026 respectively as displayed on the website of NSE as the prices at which the shares may have been traded. The date of intimation noted in the submission is the date when the BENPOS was received by the Company and when the Company became aware about this trade i.e. 7th July 2026.
