Allotted as Nominee of Trent Limited towards the fractional entitlement pursuant to the Bonus Issue. Pursuant to the issue of Bonus Shares approved by the Equity Shareholders, 1,17,134 Equity Shares representing fractional entitlement of the eligible members have been consolidated and allotted to Ms. Krutika Mehta, who is the nominee appointed by the Board for the purpose of distribution of the proceeds to the Shareholders. These Shares are sold by her at prevailing market rate, and the net proceeds will be distributed to the eligible Shareholders.
