Dear Sir, The shares were sold on 29.05.2026. As per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the intimation was required to be given to the Company within 2 trading days. Since 30.05.2026 (Saturday) and 31.05.2026 (Sunday) were non-trading days/holidays, the intimation was submitted to the Company on 01.06.2026. However, while filing the XBRL form, the system is not accepting the date of sale and due to this validation error, date of intimation is being mentioned.
