Value is taken as the number of warrants alloted multiplied by the warrant subscription price of Rs. 38.95 (being 25% of the Warrant issue Price i.e. Rs. 155.80 ) paid before the allotment of warrants by Shanghvi Finance Private Limited in accordance with the applicable law including Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended.
