The Acquirer has not acquired any shares of the Target Company directly but has acquired 11,440 Shares (57.20%) of Pri Caf Private Limited PCPL), 57,420 Shares (52.20%) of Pro Fitcch Private Limited (PFPL) and 77,138 Shares (69.26%) of Equilibrated Venture Cflow Private Limited (EVCPL). These three Companies holds 25.62% shares in Paisalo Digital Limited (Target Company). There is no change in the shareholding of PCPL, PFPL and EVCPL in the Target Company after the said acquisition.
