Requesting you to kindly note the below: 1. Mr. Devappa Devaraj has transferred 10,000 equity shares to Devabhagya Foundation, a non-profit organisation, by way of donation. 2. As the aforesaid transfer was effected by way of donation, no consideration was involved in the transaction. However, an amount of INR 4,53,75,000 has been disclosed in the XBRL filing as the value of the securities. This value has been computed based on the closing market price of the Company’s securities on the NSE as on 30 September 2026, i.e., INR 4,537.50 per security, being the higher of the closing market prices quoted on the BSE and NSE.
