Please note that the Designated Person (“DP”) has received these shares on exercise of 2,59,901 Restricted Stock Units under the HCL Technologies Limited - Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2024. The DP has paid Rs. 2 /- per share as an exercise price to obtain these shares from HCL Technologies Stock Options Trust (“Trust”). The opening price of Rs. 1242.20 per share on NSE as on 17/09/2026 being the date of transfer of the said shares from the Trust to the DP, has been considered for the purpose of calculation of threshold value beyond which disclosure in Form B is required.
