Textual Information(1)	Please note that the Designated Person(DP) has received these shares on exercise of 582 Restricted Stock Units under the HCL Technologies Limited - Restricted Stock Unit Plan. The DP has paid Rs. 2 /- per share as an exercise price to obtain these shares from HCL Technologies Stock Options Trust (“Trust”). The opening price of Rs. 1319.90 per share on NSE as on 21/08/2026 being the date of transfer of the said shares from the Trust to me, has been considered for the purpose of calculation of threshold value beyond which disclosure in Form B is required.
