HCL Technologies Stock Options Trust (‘Trust’) has transferred 26,006 shares of HCL Technologies Limited to the RSU holder(s) on exercise of 26,006 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), at an exercise price of Rs. 2 /- per share, under the HCL Technologies Limited - Restricted Stock Unit Plan. The opening price of Rs. 1,316.10 per share on NSE as on September 01, 2026, being the date of transfer has been considered for the purpose of calculation of threshold value beyond which disclosure in Form B is required.
