We, Keva Constructions Private Limited, had pledged 63,00,000 equity shares of the Company representing 4.55% of its paid-up equity share capital, with Infina Finance Private Limited (“Infina”) to secure the credit facilities availed from Infina. Infina has now released the pledge on 47,01,000 shares of the total pledged shares of the Company.
