The acquisition of the shares is by way of transmission from Late Mrs. D. Bhakata Priya, a member of the Promoter Group, to her son, Mr. Ashok Devineni, who is a Promoter of the Company, the nominee in the relevant Demat Account of the deceased, and the Administrator of the WILL executed by Late Mrs. D. Bhakata Priya. The transmission is being effected to facilitate the subsequent transmission of the shares to the legal heirs in accordance with the terms of the WILL.
