Description of single segment The Trust group is engaged in the business of setting up of infrastructure facility by way of development of infrastructure projects, operation and maintenance of Infrastructural facilities. As such, all activities undertaken by the SPVs are incidental to the main business. The directors of the SPV and Investment Manager, who have been identified as being the chief operating decision maker (CODM), evaluates the SPVs performance, allocates resources based on the analysis of the previous performance indicators of the SPVs as a single unit. Therefore, there are no separate reportable business segments as per IND AS 108-Operating Segment.
