Dollex Agrotech Limited (Company) in the business of Trading and Manufacturing of Sugar and allied Products. 2.2.The above financial results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 3rd August 2026 .The results have been subjected to limited review by Statutory Auditors of the Company. 3.The results are being prepared in accordance with the Accounting principles generally accepted in india, inculding accounting standards specified under Section 133 of the Act read with Companies (Accounts), Rules, 2015 and in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclsoure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as Amended )( Listing Regulations). 4.The Figures for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026 are balancing figures between audited figures in respect of full financial year upto 31st March, 2026. 5.The Comparative results and other information for the Quarter ended 30.06.2025 were subjected to limited review by the statutory auditors. 6.Figures have been re-grouped and re-classified ,whenever necessary.
