(ii) The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out the Limited Review of the above financial results of the Company and have expressed an unmodified opnion on these Results. (iii) The Company operates in one segment i.e. Digital Transformation Solutions and Services for diverse Industries. (iv) There are no investor complaints received/pending as on June 30, 2025. (v) Previous year's/ period figures have been regrouped/ reclassified/ restated, wherever necessary to conform to classification of current year/period.
