| Textual Information(1) | 1. The above unaudited consolidated financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meetings held on August 11, 2026. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out limited review of the aforesaid consolidated financial results. 2. The above consolidated financial results of Mufin Green Finance Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Holding Company or ''the Company'') and its Subsidiary (together referred to as a group) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India and in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. 3. The above consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 are not comparable with those of the previous periods and corresponding quarters, as Mufin Green Infra Limited ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from December 25, 2025. 4. Information as required by regulation 52(4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached in Annexure 1. 5. The Group’s main business is Financing and Investing. All activities are carried out within India. Accordingly, there are no reportable segments as per Ind AS 108 - ‘Operating Segments’. 6. The figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year to date figures up to the end of third quarter of the relevant financial year which were subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors. 7. The figures of previous periods/year have been regrouped/reclassified whenever considered necessary. 8.
